Second Wind: How To Navigate Every Stage of Your Career
Robespierre Dornagon and I are ready to give Second Wind a second wind ;) in a live session that has the format of a Q&A Panel meets Podcast, just like its Clubhouse roots.
I hope you are all well. I took the month of April off to celebrate my birthday in Hawaii, and I am SO EXCITED to be back and announce that my collaborator and bestie Robespierre Dornagon and I will be co-hosting a career development workshop called:
Second Wind: How To Navigate Every Stage of Your Career
This virtual workshop will serve as a space to bring professionals of all ages and industries together to be in conversation about how to overcome challenges in different areas of your career and at every stage!
Fun Fact: This workshop was inspired by a chat in Clubhouse (remember that? 😅 ) that Rob and I moderated with the same name. It was a show where we reflected on different areas of growth and challenges we faced in our lives, and it resonated with a lot of people at the time.
Fast forward to 2024 and we're ready to give Second Wind a second wind (haha) in a live session that has the format/vibe of a Q&A Panel meets Podcast, just like its Clubhouse roots.
The workshop will be on Tuesday, May 21st from 6 pm to 7 pm ET.

And in keeping with the Q&A theme, Rob and I are happy to answer the following question to give you a better sense about our intention for bringing this concept back:
Is there anything that you would want to mention as why you personally feel called to share this workshop now?
Rob: In the last year of my career, I've spent a lot of time reflecting on what fuels me, how I spend my time, and what kind of work excites me. This has led me down the road of coaching and teaching. The time off from working constantly helped me realize that I am control of how I want to live each day with my 24 hours to craft the life I want to live despite the industry or work I'm in. I've finally realized what it means to truly work with a purpose.
Paul: Community, mentorship, and talking story are big values for me that have influenced the trajectory of my career as an artist, entrepreneur, and HR professional. I got to where I am by playing “perfect” and being put on a stage or pedestal, but this chapter of my career is about pulling back the curtain, embracing the fact that we’re all figuring it out, and sharing the decade’s worth of professional lessons that got me to where I am in the hopes of helping you navigate your career with a little more ease and grace.
If this workshop sounds interesting to you, then we’d love to see you there!
With gratitude,
Paul & Rob
